Structure

DnE's program structure resembles the a structure of an inverted pyramid. At the top of the pyramid are the government school children who receive the care, personal attention, encouragement and academic guidance from mentors and tutors to help them realize their potential and take responsibility for their own lives.

Mentors/tutors who interact and shape up the lives of the children form the second layer of the pyramid. These mentors or tutors who are essentially college students/working professionals undergo a certified personal mastery and leadership program in order to be successful in their role as mentors or tutors.

Coaches form the next layer in DnE. These highly dedicated individuals who facilitate and manage a group of mentors/tutors and are in service of them undergo a 'Train-the-trainers' program by the BHUMI's learning and development board. The coaches then work with these trainers to facilitate personal mastery and leadership development training to batches of mentors and tutors.

At the bottom of the pyramid lies the BHUMI Team which is in service of the coaches and facilitates the entire program across all the government schools.
